As a registered HBC Club member, you'll be kitted out in the club's uniform (playing pants and top).
Here's how uniform distribution will work:
Seniors: Uniforms will be handed out during one of your team's training sessions.
Juniors: Keep an eye out for an announcement about our uniform collection day.
Remember: To be eligible to receive your new uniform, you need to be registered and have your subs paid or a payment plan arranged. Please take care of this as soon as possible so we can get you on the field looking your best!
You need to return your uniform at the end of the season. If you don't you'll be invoiced for the cost of the uniform.
If players (seniors or juniors) do want to wear a cap or visor whilst playing they are required to wear the club's cap or visor. These can be purchased from our online shop.
Please refer to the Registration page for all information about Fees.
You will be required to pay your fees when registering.
If you are unable to pay the full season’s fees upfront, please contact our Treasurer to arrange a personalised payment plan
This is setup on a case-by-case basis and is a special requirement. The terms of this plan will be clearly outlined and must be adhered to.
For any questions or to discuss the payment plan in more detail, please contact the Treasurer at: treasurer@hbcsoftball.org.nz
A reminder that you cannot bring your own alcohol to training or the ball park. This is being closely monitored by the Police and Liquor Licensing Authority. There will be no drinking of alcohol on the diamonds.
Three times in the season we as a Club are required to help out at Rosedale Softball Park.
Our Club Duty days for the 2026-27 season are TBC.
As a Club we're asked to pull together and help. If we spread the load across the Club that'll mean all you have to contribute is one hour. When your coach/manager comes calling, please consider your assistance.
